Adaptive training by season
We flex our schedule and training according to the seasons; enabling your training to focus on the right stuff at the right times. It helps you stay on track with your training through the dark, cold and wetter months; with more sessions switching under cover and off the trails. When the nights lighten and trail conditions improve we spread our wings and expand the running sessions to get out into the marvellous surroundings of the East Lothian countryside.

Training for all levels
All training sessions are adapted to suit the participants' level and experience, allowing you to work at your own pace. That's not to say you won't be pushed though! Ensuring you make progress in your running and strength week on week.
