Built around YOU achieving YOUR best parkrun performance. If you put the work in, follow the programme for a minimum of 8 weeks consistently, and don't get results you're happy with - you get your money back. It's that simple! It's designed around 4wk rolling cycles, adapted for all levels of strength and experience: Wks 1-3 • an 0825 start for strength training at Team East Lothian, Hallhill • followed by a guided training effort at the Lochend Woods parkrun Wk 4 • a 0900 start for an extended warm up at Team East Lothian, Hallhill • followed by a race effort at the Lochend Woods parkrun • to keep things fresh we occasionally tackle the Whitekirk Hill parkrun Up until 1030 each parkrun is followed by stretches, chat and the opportunity of somewhere warm & dry to change! *** REGISTER: Make sure you're registered for parkrun, https://www.parkrun.org.uk/register/?section=form *** *** JOIN: In your parkrun profile, under 'Groups' join RUN3SIXTY *** *** BRING: And remember to bring your barcode! *** WHO'S IT FOR? -All parkrunners! -All runners aiming to improve their VO2max and Lactate Threshold for all race distances -Anyone looking to build running-specific strength, addressing muscular imbalances and seeking better injury resilience

Cancellation Policy

By making this booking you agree to RUN3SIXTY's Cancellation & No-Show Policy and the Memberships and PAYG T&Cs. Specific to Group Classes: -If you cancel a session, within 48hrs notice or more, you will be offered a refund (less an admin fee; 2.1% of the transaction amount + 0.20 GBP) or a credit towards a future session. -If you cancel with less than 48hrs notice no refund will be made, however you will be offered a credit towards a future session. -If I cancel a session you will be offered a full refund or a credit towards a future session. -No-shows will not be refunded and no credit will be offered.
