Memberships and PAYG Terms and Conditions
DEFINITIONS
​When the following words are used in these T&Cs, this is what they will mean:
We/Our/Us: RUN3SIXTY and its "Administrators"
Club Service(s): Group Runs, Group Classes, Personal Training, Training On Demand, The Exercise Channel, Annual Consultations, Courses, Online Coaching, Custom Training Plans and Races
Subscription Membership(s): Group Plus, Full, Ultra, Training On Demand, Online Coaching
Participant(s)/You/Your: all PAYG clients, Group Run, Group Plus, Full and Ultra members
PARTICIPATION IN EXERCISE
​All Participants, prior to participating in Your first Club Service, must complete an online PAR-Q (confirming Your medical readiness to participate in exercise)

All Participants, prior to participating in Your first Club Service, must sign and date a copy of these T&Cs
-
A PAR-Q must be completed annually by You
-
Informed Consent must be given by You in writing for us to collect personal and physical fitness data when attending an Initial Consultation
-
You must inform Us of any changes to Your health, pains or injuries which may prevent participation in Club Services or require exercise modification
-
You must wear appropriate sports clothing and shoes, relevant to the weather and surface conditions
-
You must not be under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs prior to or during exercise
-
We have the right to refuse You participation in any of the Club Services for Your own health and safety
-
All Participants must be aged 18 or over

RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH EXERCISE
Whilst We take care to make the Club Services as safe as possible, We cannot remove all risks and dangers to participants and observers and accordingly You participate at Your own risk.
​You assume all risks associated with attending Club Services, including, but not limited to:

slips, trips, falls, contact with other participants
-
negligent or wanton acts of other participants
-
any defects, condition, improper use of equipment
-
the effects of the weather including high heat, cold temperatures, heavy rain, strong winds, storms and/or humidity

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
​Participants/Club Members attending any of Our Club Services and using the equipment provided by Us, do so entirely at Your own risk

We will not be responsible for any damage to, or loss of property belonging to You
-
We will not accept any liability for personal injury sustained by participants from the use of equipment or attendance of any of Our Club Services, unless such injury is caused by Our negligence or the negligence of Our employees or subcontractors
-
We can accept no responsibility for accidents or losses arising either directly or indirectly as a result of any medical condition or physical disability

WAIVER
​I agree to waive and relinquish to the fullest extent permitted by law all claims I may have at any time as a result of participating in Club Services against Us, RUN3SIXTY, including its owners, directors, managers, officers and employees, race officials, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and the owners and operators of venues (collectively referred to as "Administrators").

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Group Plus Memberships

By booking a Club Service You agree to the cancellation/no-show policy

Subscription Memberships are paid monthly, in advance, and payments renew each month until cancelled.  You may stop Your Subscription Membership and cancel at any time.  Cancelled payments will result in You losing access to book into Club Services

Your monthly payment will be charged at the current published rate upon monthly renewal
-
Prices are correct at the time of publication and We reserve the right to increase these at any time

Full and Ultra Memberships
-
By booking a Club Service You agree to the cancellation/no-show policy
-
By choosing to pay monthly for a Subscription Membership you are entering a minimum 12 month contract. Payments are made in advance and will continue until cancelled by You
-
Your monthly payment is fixed for a period of 12 months and will be charged at the current published rate upon renewal
-
Prices are correct at the time of publication and We reserve the right to increase these at any time

Online Coaching
-
By booking a Club Service You agree to the cancellation/no-show policy
-
By choosing to pay monthly for a Subscription Membership you are entering a 3 or 6 month contract. Payments are made in advance and will end after the period
-
Your monthly payments are fixed for the initial period and will be charged at the current published rate upon renewal
-
Prices are correct at the time of publication and We reserve the right to increase these at any time

PAYG
-
By booking a Club Service You agree to the cancellation/no-show policy

You must pay in full for all Club Services You book
-
You must pay for Club Services at the time of booking online
-
Prices are correct at the time of publication and We reserve the right to increase these at any time​
CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP OR PAYMENT FOR CLUB SERVICES
-
By ordering Club Services at a distance (such as via telephone or online) You have certain cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
-
You may cancel any order for Club Services or Memberships any time within 14 calendar days from the commencement of Club Services or Memberships. However, You may not cancel once We have started providing any part of such Club Services to You with Your agreement

Applicable to Courses only; once a Course has been confirmed as going ahead or has already commenced you are not entitled to a refund of the Course fee paid if, for any reason, you decide not to attend
-
If We cancel a Course (due to not reaching the minimum Course numbers), You will be entitled to a full refund and will be offered the first chance of booking onto a future Course
-
Once a course has started, if We need to rearrange Course dates or postpone it for any unforeseen reason, or for COVID-19 related restrictions You will be given the option of a partial refund or continuation of the Course at a later date

You may stop Your Membership and cancel by giving no less than 30 days notice.  Cancelled Memberships will result in You losing access to book into any Club Service(s), after the end of the notice period

If You terminate Your Subscription Membership within the minimum term, We may charge You a cancellation fee
-
The cancellation fee will be calculated based on Club Service(s) booked and used by You that exceed the total value of payments already received by Us, at the time of cancellation, and will be invoiced at the full rate, and must be paid by You within 30 days
WAIVER AND DECLARATION

I have read in full, understand and agree to abide by all the T&Cs of Participation in Exercise, Risks Associated with Exercise, Limitation of Liability, Waiver, Payment Terms & Conditions and Cancelling Your Membership or Payment for Club Services issued by Us, RUN3SIXTY, and listed above.

I have read and fully understand the above important T&Cs, information, warning of risks, disclaimer and waiver and release of all claims.
